Ashton Jones
Head of Content and Community · Marketing · Web3
Professional summary
Marketing, content and community lead with seven years across Sweatcoin and Sweat Economy (210M+ Sweatcoin registrations, 26M+ Sweat Wallet accounts). Built Discord and Telegram communities past 150K members each, and now run marketing across social, content, email and push, from campaigns and rewards to payouts and events. Comfortable with the numbers as well as the conversation: budgets, on-chain data and holdout-tested experiments. Creating my own designs for 3+ years, from social graphics to video. A confident host of livestreams, panels and Q&As, and skilled at condensing long, technically difficult information into digestible, engaging short content. At the frontier of AI usage, but as a community manager I put human interaction first: AI-supported efficiency clears the groundwork so more time goes into real conversations with the community.
